Gary A. Weston | Shareholder

Gary A. Weston is a shareholder at Nielsen & Senior. An attorney for over 44 years, Mr. Weston received his juris doctor degree from the University of Utah in 1964. He represents parties in preparation and trial of cases addressing business, contracts, and real property. He advises individuals and business in the prosecution and defense of such claims and in structuring contracts to preserve and protect their commercial interests.

Notable cases include the successful defense against claims arising from the September 1984 Wilberg Mine fire resulting in deaths of mine personnel, as well as the successful prosecution of claims for more than 500 clients in the largest non-class action in the State of Utah.

Mr. Weston is active in the American Inns of Court, and is a Master of the Bench and past president of the A. Sherman Christensen Inn of Court No. 1. Currently a resident of Murray, he is a former member and chair of the Murray City Zoning and Planning Commission.
