Neil R. Sabin | Shareholder
Neil R. Sabin is a shareholder, President and a member of the Board of Directors at Nielsen & Senior where he focuses his practice in the areas of business, estate and real estate. An attorney since 1970, Mr. Sabin has had experience with a multitude of clients: creating and representing businesses of all types; coordinating business reorganizations, sale, structuring and purchases: dealing with securities and tax planning and compliance; preparing trusts, wills and other estate planning documents; establishing and qualifying non-profit entities and handling real estate sales, development and planning.
Originally from Salem, Utah, Mr. Sabin received juris doctor degree from the University of Utah where he wrote and edited for the Utah Law Review. He is a member of the Salt Lake County Bar Association, as well as a member of the Business Law, Franchise Law, and Non-Profit/Charitable Law sections of the Utah State Bar.
Mr. Sabin has created and served on the boards of a number of charitable organizations. He was president of the Mountain State Pension Conference, member of the board of directors for the Salt Lake State Planning Council and chairman of the Corporation Law Examination Writing Committee for the Utah State Bar. He also participated as a Utah legislative reference attorney. He has extensive experience with planning and representation and is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court.
