Patricia L. LaTulippe is the newest shareholder at Nielsen & Senior, having rejoined the firm in 2002. She is currently serving as a board member and corporate secretary. An attorney since 1990, Ms. LaTulippe has devoted her practice to personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, family law and general litigation. Ms. LaTulippe has handled more than 800 cases involving accidents and personal injury. She has assisted numerous clients in obtaining awards and settlements. Ms. LaTulippe has been actively involved in different mass tort litigation since 1994. She has assisted hundreds of claimants in class action litigation against various manufacturers for damages resulting from defective products.
Originally from Ogden, Utah, Ms. LaTulippe moved to Salt Lake City in the mid 1970s and received a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Utah in 1986. She was a teacher for a short period of time. She went back to school and obtained her juris doctor degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, graduating in 1990.
Ms. LaTulippe continues to maintain a law practice in personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability and litigation. However, rather than continue to take divorce cases in the capacity of an attorney, Ms. LaTulippe has developed a program/company including a website and live seminars throughout Utah to educate people about Utah divorce law. She firmly believes that “Information is power”. A Utah native, and currently a resident of Salt Lake, Ms. LaTulippe is presently a member of the Utah Bar Association, Utah Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. She is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women. She has volunteered her time in the Guardian ad Litem program to assist children.
