Richard K. Hincks | Shareholder

Richard K. Hincks graduated from the University of Utah law school in 1981.  He has practiced law since then at Nielsen & Senior.  He has specialized in personal injury including automobile injuries, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice and product liability.  He is especially concerned about motorcycle accidents since he rides a motorcycle and knows how dangerous it can be on a bike and the extensive injuries that result from an accident. Mr. Hincks has now handled hundreds of  cases and has many recoveries exceeding a million dollars.
